Actually got 2.5 hours of sleep Friday night. Not bad for me...
We were good just off the truck, with a few tweaks we were even better.
Didn't have a great draw for position. Heat race had Shawn Monahan start
in the front row. We pulled into second but he had too much of a lead to
catch before laps ran out.
Feature. We started 6th due to second place of third heat race finish.
Kind of an ugly race behind the top five. Way too many spins etc. to get
any long green flag runs. We may have even had the fastest car on long
runs, just didn't really have more than about three laps at a time all
race. Looking forward to a few engine tweaks, we will be tough to beat.
We chased Glenn Boss all race. Ended up third. Scott Sundeen led every
lap. Congrats. Lots of steam under the hood in the mighty 36 this year.

Tid Bits:
Moose Douton (former champ) raced but did not finish.
Shawn Monahan (in the 55) had suspension woes. He was filling in for Ernie LaRose.
Former Sportsman driver Scott Bronzyk missed two wins by a total of about
10 ft in twin late model features.
Pettit engines dominated Sunday SK action.
A fender less Shawn M. two DNF's in first SK action. Not surprised he is fast.
Not surprised he crashed twice.
